Demand Planner – International FOB & Iberia

About the role

We are seeking a Demand Planner to own forecasting and demand planning for a growing portfolio of international and Iberian markets. You will act as the bridge between commercial teams and supply‑chain operations, turning sales forecasts and market ambitions into accurate, data‑driven demand plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for international and Iberian markets.
• Lead the forecasting process, monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans as needed.
• Analyse risks and opportunities and feed insights into the S&OP framework.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, supply‑chain and procurement teams.
• Support continuous improvement of demand‑planning processes.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply‑chain planning.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with ability to work with large data sets.
• Proven ability to build relationships across multiple functions.
• Experience in consumer goods, retail or seasonal product sectors is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• ERP or planning systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Business‑intelligence tools – Power BI or Tableau.
