Dental Field Trainer – In‑Person Clinical Trainer

About the role

Dandy is modernising the dental industry with a digital operating system for practices. The Dental Field Trainer will travel across the UK to deliver hands‑on training that helps dentists and their teams adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows quickly and confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑touch, in‑person trainings to support dentists and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Coach teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time to practice needs.
• Own each practice’s early success by driving case submission, removing blockers, and building confidence during and after training.
• Partner with clinicians to reinforce scanning habits, monitor outcomes in the first 30 days, and surface targeted coaching opportunities.
• Share field insights to improve onboarding resources and future trainings.
• Assess practice readiness across workflows, team structure, and equipment, and coordinate internal resources before training day.
• Customize training strategies based on practice size, complexity, and clinical goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.
• Strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and operate independently in the field.
• Located near a major airport or transport hub.
• Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff to influence behaviour.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, adaptable to different audiences.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a solutions‑oriented approach to onboarding and adoption.
