Dental Field Trainer – North of England

About the role

Dandy is modernising the dental industry and needs a consultative Field Trainer to accelerate early clinical success with its digital dentistry solutions across the North of England. You will travel to practices, deliver in‑person training on intraoral scanning and digital workflows, and act as a trusted clinical advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑touch, in‑person trainings that help dentists and staff adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows, providing real‑time coaching and feedback.
• Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits, monitor outcomes during the first 30 days, and surface targeted coaching opportunities.
• Assess practice readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment, coordinating internal resources to ensure a smooth training day.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.
• Proven ability to earn confidence from clinicians by linking technology to real‑world outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time and proximity to a major airport or transport hub.
• Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across roles to influence behaviour.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, adaptable to audiences from hygienists to C‑suite stakeholders.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for helping practices succeed.
