About the role
The client is seeking a Deployment Engineer to lead a laptop refresh project in Bristol. You will be responsible for deploying new Windows 11 devices, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth setup for end users.
Key responsibilities
- Unpack, build and configure laptops and desktops.
- Re‑image devices and apply standard configurations.
- Asset‑tag and document all new hardware.
- Provide administration and end‑user support throughout the rollout.
- Engage with users on‑site to ensure a smooth transition.
Required profile
- Proven experience rolling out large‑scale device deployments in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including Office 365 administration and support.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Ability to work on‑site five days a week in Bristol.
