Digital Construction Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Construction Coordinator to join our Digital Construction team supporting projects across Kent, East & West Sussex. The role blends user support, BIM compliance, and coordination of digital tools to deliver smarter, safer, and more sustainable construction outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide user support and training to project teams on digital tools and platforms.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and information management processes.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain partners on digital capabilities and assessments.
• Support the implementation of common data environments adhering to ISO 19650.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing innovations and best practices.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator who builds positive relationships with colleagues and partners.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 and experience with model‑viewing software.
• Enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional ways of working.
• Enjoys sharing ideas and supporting others through collaborative problem‑solving.
• Resilient, positive and keen to contribute to continuous improvement.
