Digital Content Assistant – E‑commerce

About the role

Join Hush, a leading UK online fashion retailer, as a Digital Content Assistant. You will support the day‑to‑day trading of the HUSH website, ensuring product information is accurate, optimised and delivered to the right customers at the right time. This role offers a fast‑paced environment ideal for graduates or candidates with 2‑3 years of e‑commerce experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update product content across the website, including descriptions, images, pricing and attributes.
• Maintain content accuracy and consistency with the brand’s tone of voice.
• Support product launches, seasonal drops and promotional updates.
• Execute day‑to‑day content changes in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and assist with migration workflows in Centra.
• Implement SEO best practices, including metadata and on‑page optimisation.
• Prepare and publish content for emails, landing pages and onsite campaigns.
• Proofread and quality‑check content prior to go‑live.
• Update content based on performance insights to support trading priorities.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce, marketing, merchandising and creative teams.

Required profile

• Graduate or junior candidate, or 2+ years of e‑commerce experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong interest in digital content, online retail trading and e‑commerce platforms.
• Organised, eager to learn and able to work to tight deadlines.
