Digital Marketing Manager – eCommerce (Glasgow)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to join a fast‑growing eCommerce business in Glasgow. You will work across the full digital mix, supporting acquisition, retention and brand growth through social, paid media, influencer, email and CRM initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across social, email, influencer and paid media channels.
• Manage organic social scheduling, content coordination and community engagement.
• Collaborate with external agencies to drive paid media performance on Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Support creative testing, campaign optimisation and performance analysis.
• Coordinate influencer outreach, partnerships and user‑generated content.
• Assist with email marketing, CRM campaigns and customer retention programmes.
• Distribute content across digital channels and ensure consistent brand execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide insights and recommend improvements.
• Conduct competitor research and track emerging market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience within eCommerce, consumer brands or agency environments.
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of performance metrics and customer behaviour.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
