Digital Marketing Manager – Luxury Agency

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow the internal marketing function of a fast‑growing luxury digital agency. You will shape strategy, create thought‑leadership content and drive qualified lead generation for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑channel marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build thought‑leadership programmes and produce content such as blogs, webinars, reports and industry insights.
• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Own the marketing calendar, campaign roadmap and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams and external suppliers to deliver initiatives.
• Identify efficiency gains through AI, automation and new technologies.
• Track performance, produce reporting and drive commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with agency exposure.
• Proven track record of building lead‑generation campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for marketing.
• Experience in luxury, professional services or related sectors is a plus.
