Digital & Social Activation Manager

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking a Digital & Social Activation Manager to lead paid social initiatives for healthcare clients. You will work within the Global Activation team, collaborating with senior specialists and cross‑functional partners to design and execute integrated digital strategies that drive audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day digital and social lead across multiple client accounts.
• Plan, launch, optimise and report on paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables and quality‑control processes to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Translate audience insights and performance data into actionable recommendations for channel planning and campaign optimisation.
• Partner with creative, analytics, paid media and strategy teams to deliver integrated programmes.
• Support new‑business efforts through research, insight generation and presentation development.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments across emerging digital channels.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of paid social media, especially Meta and LinkedIn.
• Hands‑on experience planning, launching, optimising and reporting on paid social campaigns.
• Ability to interpret audience insights and performance metrics to inform strategy.
• Proven capability to manage budgets, timelines and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies such as AI‑powered content creation and generative search optimisation.
