Digital User Experience Lead (CRO)

About the role

Eucalyptus, a consumer healthcare platform supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada, is looking for a Digital User Experience Lead (CRO) in London. You will own a structured, always-on programme of experimentation across key digital surfaces such as landing pages, assessment flows, activation and onboarding, with the aim of expanding into post-sales and lifecycle touchpoints as the programme matures.

Key responsibilities

• Turn data and insight into sharper hypotheses by combining funnel analytics, behavioural data, session recordings, patient research and support themes
• Run structured discovery each quarter that changes at least one roadmap priority, and write read-outs that explain what was learned and what changed next
• Build a hypothesis and experimentation framework based on qualitative and quantitative insight, sequencing experiments to validate assumptions cheaply before big builds
• Write rigorous briefs with clear hypothesis, primary metric, success criteria, sample size and expected run time, and respect statistical significance
• Update the roadmap after every experiment and build a compounding library of reusable patterns and frameworks
• Work cross-functionally with design, product managers, growth marketing and clinical teams to move tests from brief to launch, flagging dependencies and risks early

Required profile

• A systematic approach to experimentation, with a framework for deciding what to test, in what order and why
• Statistical literacy: understanding power, sample size, significance and confidence intervals, and holding the line on premature conclusions
• Ability to synthesize quantitative funnel data with qualitative signals such as user research and session recordings
• Focus on outcomes: tracking metrics post-launch, diagnosing results and proposing the next experiment
