Director, Field Marketing EMEA

About the role

The Director, Field Marketing EMEA leads in‑person and account‑based programs that generate pipeline across the region. Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you will design, execute, and own field marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with sales and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end EMEA field marketing calendar, including regional events, roadshows, conference activations, and hosted programs.
• Develop and run deep‑dive field programs for French and DACH markets, from concept through post‑event pipeline attribution.
• Partner with EMEA Sales to align every field investment with account‑level pipeline goals.
• Design and deliver executive programs for Pendo leadership visits, such as pipeline dinners, roundtables, and customer engagements.
• Manage EMEA customer stories and integrate them into field moments, campaigns, and broader content pipelines.
• Execute co‑marketing initiatives with regional partners, resellers, and system integrators.
• Build and maintain a visible, credible presence for Pendo within the European B2B tech and product community.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a strong focus on field marketing, events, or ABM.
• Hands‑on experience delivering field programs across multiple EMEA markets.
• Deep understanding of European buyer dynamics, event landscapes, and community ecosystems.
• Proven ability to connect field activities to measurable pipeline outcomes.
• Experience working in or with a US‑headquartered organization.
• Builder mindset: proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable defining new paths.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its application as a productivity multiplier.
