About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Change Management, Learning & Culture to lead the global change strategy for its Innovative Medicine Quality & Compliance organization. Based in High Wycombe, the role will shape the Quality mindset, drive transformation adoption and enhance employee experience across worldwide teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the global change management strategy and execution for Quality Management and Digital initiatives.
- Plan and ensure organizational readiness for change, including stakeholder alignment and sustained engagement.
- Partner with senior leaders, regional teams, Communications, HR and business partners to embed a Quality culture.
- Strengthen employee experience and support consistent execution of strategic priorities.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading large‑scale, global change programs within a regulated or quality‑focused environment.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management principles and digital transformation.
