Director of Product Management – AI‑Driven Fraud Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a senior product leader to head a team of product managers delivering innovative AI‑driven fraud prevention solutions. You will shape the global product strategy for new account opening, drive customer‑centric development, and collaborate across a worldwide organization to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of product managers, providing clear direction and coaching.
• Conduct customer discovery, define product road‑maps, and prioritize incremental value.
• Design and own the product suite strategy using market, customer, and business insights.
• Track product expenses, cost‑to‑revenue, and profitability metrics.
• Leverage data‑driven decision making to improve product development and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Professional Services to align go‑to‑market activities.
• Report KPIs and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting, leading, and developing product teams with strong coaching abilities.
• Domain expertise in fraud prevention, statistical modelling, and AI/ML.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones in a global organization.
