Director of Strategy & Operations – EMEA (London, Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations to join a fast‑growing international software and technology organisation. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will work directly with the Chief Strategy Officer and senior leadership to shape the company’s direction across EMEA and APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer on critical business priorities.
• Lead high‑impact, cross‑functional transformation and growth programmes.
• Develop enterprise strategy using market, customer, financial and operational insights.
• Evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, investments and acquisitions.
• Influence executive and board‑level decision making.
• Drive strategic execution across international markets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation or operational leadership.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Commercially minded with a track record of turning ideas into measurable outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of EMEA markets; APAC exposure is a plus.
• Interest in leveraging AI, automation and modern business intelligence tools.
