Graduate Data Analyst (London)

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Data Analyst to join Stubben Edge’s London team. In this hands‑on position you will turn large data sets into actionable insights that shape our innovative insurance products and support the full product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large and complex data sets to uncover trends, patterns and customer behaviour.
• Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor key performance indicators for products and markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales teams to fulfil their data requirements and enable data‑driven decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across core platforms, including FlightDeck.
• Translate analytical findings into clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support research, development, launch and ongoing performance management of insurance products.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2:2 or above) in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a solid academic record.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex data to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Relevant work experience (internship, placement or graduate role) is highly desirable.
• Interest in applying data to solve business problems in insurance or financial services.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legal right to work in the UK and ability to work from the London office three days per week.
