Door-to-Door Fundraiser – Sales Executive

About the role

Join Charity Link as a Door‑to‑Door Fundraiser, representing some of the UK’s most respected charities. You will engage members of the public face‑to‑face, encouraging them to become regular donors or sponsors and helping to raise vital funds for nationwide causes.

Key responsibilities

• Approach households and public spaces to explain charity missions and secure recurring donations.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, pledges and follow‑up actions using the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets while adhering to compliance and fundraising standards.
• Participate in regular training sessions and share best practices with the sales team.

Required profile

• Confident, optimistic and resilient with a passion for talking to people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Commitment to ethical fundraising and representing charitable organisations.

Required skills

• Basic numeracy for handling donation amounts.
• Proficiency in using a mobile device or tablet for data entry.
