About the role

Join Charity Link as a Door‑to‑Door Sales Executive representing Dogs Trust. You will work in the field, meeting members of the public to inspire support for the charity through regular monthly donations or lottery sign‑ups.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Dogs Trust in local communities and act as the primary point of contact for potential donors.
• Engage passers‑by face‑to‑face, delivering compelling stories that encourage long‑term support.
• Secure regular monthly direct‑debit donations and lottery sign‑ups.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and commission objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and donations collected.

Required profile

• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people daily.
• Proven experience in door‑to‑door, field, or direct sales roles.
• Self‑motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to handle objections and turn conversations into commitments.
• Enthusiastic about supporting a charitable cause.

• Guaranteed basic salary of £26,400 per year.
• Uncapped commission and discretionary bonuses, realistic OTE £45,000‑£55,000+.
