About the role
We are seeking an outstanding and enthusiastic Early Careers Teacher to join our team within the Diocese of Norwich St Benet’s Multi Academy Trust. This is a supportive, school‑based position designed for a newly qualified teacher eager to develop their practice.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging lessons across the curriculum.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with senior staff and colleagues to contribute to whole‑school improvement.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions and safeguarding duties.
- Support the pastoral care and wellbeing of pupils.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and committed to continuous professional growth.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
