Early Years Educator

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Educator to join a friendly, well‑being focused setting in Notting Hill. You will create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where young children can thrive and develop confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that meet the EYFS framework.
• Ensure the health, safety and safeguarding of all children.
• Observe and record children’s progress and share insights with parents and the team.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working in an EYFS setting in the UK.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Right to live and work in the UK.

What we offer

• Salary £26,500 – £29,000 per annum (depending on experience).
• 40‑hour week on a 4‑day compressed schedule (8:00 am – 6:00 pm).
