Early Years Educator (Level 3 Qualified) – Nursery

About the role

Join a vibrant early years setting at Mouse House SW11, providing high‑quality care and education to children aged 0‑5. You will plan and deliver EYFS‑aligned activities in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality care and education to children aged 0‑5.
• Plan, implement and evaluate EYFS‑appropriate activities that are stimulating and engaging.
• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine love for working with children.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and relevant childcare regulations.
• Qualified applicants must hold a Level 2/3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).

Required skills

• Level 2/3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
• Paediatric First Aid (preferred).
• Understanding of EYFS framework and childcare legislation.
