Early Years Educator (Level 3 Qualified) – Part Time

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3) to join our vibrant nursery team at Crescent II in Wimbledon. This part‑time position offers the chance to deliver high‑quality care and education to children aged 0‑5 while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nurturing care and educational activities for children aged 0‑5.
• Plan, prepare and deliver EYFS‑aligned activities that are stimulating and age‑appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment that promotes learning and development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent standards of practice.

Required profile

• Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator (or equivalent) certification.
• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Paediatric First Aid (preferred) and knowledge of safeguarding regulations.
