About the role
We are looking for a caring Early Years Practitioner to join a prestigious educational setting in Cheltenham. The role can be taken on a full‑time or part‑time basis and offers an immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- Support learning and development of children aged 0‑5 within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for all children.
- Deliver activities that promote social, emotional and cognitive growth.
- Work collaboratively with staff to meet the needs of children with special educational needs (SEN).
Required profile
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised in the UK.
- Recent hands‑on experience working with young children in a nursery or EYFS setting.
- Patient, enthusiastic and reliable approach.
Required skills
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- Understanding of SEN support strategies.
