About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Educational Psychologist to join our team in London. The role focuses on applying psychological expertise to enhance students' learning outcomes and emotional wellbeing within school settings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' educational and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies and educational programmes.
- Provide consultation to teachers and school staff on applying psychological principles in the classroom.
- Offer guidance and support to parents regarding their child's education and development.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address complex student needs.
- Conduct research on educational practices and psychological factors affecting learning.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for staff and parents.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or higher in Educational Psychology or a related field.
- Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., Health and Care Professions Council).
- Proven experience in an educational psychology role.
- Strong understanding of psychological theories and practices relevant to education.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
