About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Educational Psychologist to join our team in London. The role focuses on applying psychological expertise to enhance students' learning outcomes and emotional wellbeing within school settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' educational and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies and educational programmes.
• Provide consultation to teachers and school staff on applying psychological principles in the classroom.
• Offer guidance and support to parents regarding their child's education and development.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address complex student needs.
• Conduct research on educational practices and psychological factors affecting learning.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for staff and parents.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Educational Psychology or a related field.
• Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., Health and Care Professions Council).
• Proven experience in an educational psychology role.
• Strong understanding of psychological theories and practices relevant to education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
