Electrical Assessor – Contract (6 months)

About the role
This contract position supports apprentices in building their NVQ portfolio for electrical installation. You will work on‑site, assess progress, and provide guidance to help learners achieve their qualifications.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to assess and review apprentices' work.
- Guide, coach and mentor apprentices throughout their NVQ journey.
- Prepare and record assessment evidence for NVQ Level 3.
- Manage your own schedule and deliver assessments within agreed timeframes.
Required profile
- Qualified Electrical Assessor with experience in training apprentices.
- Background in electrical installation and hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Live within a 40‑mile radius of Blackpool and able to travel locally.
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
