Electrical & Electronic Assembler – Woking

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Assembler to join our production team in Woking. You will work closely with Production Engineering and Quality to build a variety of electro‑mechanical assemblies from drawings and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble electronic, electrical, mechanical and electro‑mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, torque tools and specialised fixtures.
• Solder and crimp components, build cable looms and fit PCBs.
• Test and inspect assemblies using jigs, fixtures and defined procedures.
• Maintain monthly production targets while adhering to ISO, ESD and 5S standards.
• Support training of new team members and assist with wider operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience assembling electronic, electrical, mechanical or electro‑mechanical products.
• Trained to IPC 610 standards with proven soldering and crimping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings is desirable.
