EMEA Real Estate Project Manager

About the role

The Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) team at TikTok is looking for an EMEA Real Estate Project Manager to lead office fit‑outs, refurbishments and upgrades across the region. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high‑quality commercial office projects from site selection through closeout.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with real estate, facilities, design and construction teams to plan and execute office fit‑outs, refurbishments and upgrades.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including site selection, due diligence, design, construction and closeout.
• Lead external consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure permits and approvals.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and resources to meet agreed objectives.
• Track progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real‑estate project management, focusing on commercial office space design, construction, refurbishments and upgrades in the EMEA region.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work fully on‑site five days a week.
