EMEA Tax Manager

About the role

Join a leading global organisation in the nuclear energy and advanced engineering sector as an EMEA Tax Manager. Reporting to the EMEA Tax Director, you will oversee corporate tax activities across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with senior finance stakeholders on complex international tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly and year‑end group tax reporting process, ensuring accurate tax provisions under US GAAP.
• Manage relationships with external advisers and oversee corporate tax compliance across the EMEA region.
• Support and manage tax audits, enquiries and correspondence with tax authorities.
• Oversee withholding tax compliance and ensure adherence to local regulations.
• Partner with finance and business teams to provide tax advice on transfer pricing, international projects, contract reviews, permanent establishment risks and global mobility.
• Contribute to the enhancement of tax processes, controls and governance frameworks within a listed‑company environment.

Required profile

• Qualified tax or finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent).
• Approximately five years post‑qualified experience in a Big 4, Top 20 practice or large multinational organisation.
• Strong corporate tax compliance and tax reporting experience.
• Experience working within or advising multinational groups.
