Employment Solicitor – 5+ PQE, £65k, Hybrid, Leeds

About the role

The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its expanding team in Leeds. You will manage a diverse caseload of both claimant and respondent matters, delivering commercially‑focused advice across contentious and non‑contentious employment issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of employment cases, including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, discrimination and unfair dismissal matters.
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
• Provide clear, commercially‑oriented advice to businesses and individuals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of client care.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ post‑qualification experience in employment law.
• Proven experience handling both contentious and non‑contentious matters.
• Strong advocacy skills with substantial Employment Tribunal experience.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with meticulous attention to detail.
