Enforcement Agent – North West London

About the role

The Enforcement Agent role involves managing debt recovery across a designated area in North West London, visiting homes and businesses, negotiating payments and, where necessary, taking control of goods in line with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses to discuss outstanding debts.
• Negotiate professionally to maximise successful recoveries and set up payment arrangements.
• Take payments, complete income questionnaires and, when required, take control of goods following legal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Identify vulnerable customers, adapt approach and refer to appropriate support pathways.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence handling difficult and sensitive conversations.
• Calm, firm and fair attitude with a target‑driven mindset.
• Good time‑management and self‑organisation.
• Full UK manual driving licence and clean criminal record.

Required skills

• Ability to follow enforcement regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in using a smartphone and related tech while on the move.

• Basic salary £26,441–£28,460 per year with commission and bonus potential up to £65,000.
