Enforcement Agent – South West London

About the role

The Enforcement Agent will operate across South West London, visiting homes and businesses to recover debts on behalf of clients. You will be responsible for a designated geographical area, negotiating payments and, where necessary, taking control of goods in line with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes and businesses to discuss outstanding debts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and take payments on the spot.
• Complete income questionnaires and maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Take control of goods when required, always following legal regulations.
• Identify vulnerable customers, adapt your approach and refer them to appropriate support pathways.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, able to handle difficult conversations.
• Calm, firm and fair attitude with a focus on meeting targets.
• Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Full UK manual driving licence and clean driving record.
• No County Court Judgments (CCJs) and no criminal record.
