Enforcement Agent – South East London

About the role

As a certificated Enforcement Agent you will manage a designated geographical area in South East London, visiting customers' homes and businesses to recover debts on behalf of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers' premises and negotiate professionally to maximise recoveries.
• Take payments, set up arrangements and complete income questionnaires.
• Control goods when necessary, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Identify vulnerable customers and refer them appropriately.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to stay calm, firm and fair in difficult conversations.
• Target‑driven mindset and good time‑management.
• Full UK manual driving licence, no CCJs or criminal record.
