Engagement Lead – Rehabilitation & High Support

About the role
The Engagement Lead will drive service development and improvement across Pennine Care’s Rehabilitation and High Support services. Working closely with service users, families and staff, you will ensure their voices shape care delivery and support the Trust’s quality agenda.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse development opportunities and manage related projects.
- Lead specific work streams such as peer‑review actions, quality strategy implementation, and service‑user experience initiatives.
- Deliver a sustainable health and wellbeing college to support self‑management for service users.
- Implement the Triangle of Care and Family & Carer Strategy.
- Develop co‑production activities, patient forums and experience dashboards in partnership with the Head of Quality.
- Support the creation of a specialist training programme for RHS staff.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision where required.
Required profile
- Passion for improving service‑user and carer experiences.
- Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple sites.
- Commitment to quality improvement and co‑production.
- Willingness to travel across the Trust footprint.
