Enrichment Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Enrichment Officer to join a vibrant college community in Southwest London. The role focuses on designing and delivering a variety of enrichment activities that complement the academic curriculum and support students' personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement engaging enrichment programmes that enhance the student experience.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, external partners and community organisations to deliver diverse events and activities.
• Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, adjusting content to meet student interests and needs.
• Manage programme budgets and resources efficiently.
• Promote participation, communicate opportunities to students and gather feedback.
• Provide guidance and support to help students maximise the benefits of enrichment activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities with the capacity to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students.
• Experience in budgeting and event coordination.
• Proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to enhancing student life.
