Entertainment Industry Relations Intern – London

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Entertainment Industry Relations Intern to support our London team. You will work closely with the Entertainment Industry Relations Manager, helping to deliver Gucci's talent strategy across fashion, film, music, sport and the arts.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international sample shipments, track deliveries and ensure timely returns.
• Maintain the VIP Sample Cupboard, handling send‑outs and tracking using Fashion GPS.
• Coordinate sample logistics for talent dressing, including store pulls, consignments and returns.
• Support talent appointments by preparing fitting rooms and providing back‑of‑house assistance.
• Assist with the annual inventory of the VIP Sample Cupboard.
• Help the Communications team with local activations – guest list, travel, accommodation, dressing, gifting and on‑site support.
• Manage seasonal talent gifting and product activations.
• Collaborate with Retail and Head Office teams to secure approvals and share information.
• Create polished PowerPoint decks for approvals and reporting.
• Provide proactive support to the wider Communications team across functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion communications, entertainment or talent management.
• Exceptional organisational ability with strong attention to detail.
• Professional communication style, discretion and confidentiality.
• Passion for London’s cultural scene – music, film, sport and theatre.
