Entry Level Graduate Scheme – French Speaker (Sales & Customer Service)

About the role

We are looking for recent graduates who are fluent in French to join our entry‑level graduate scheme focused on sales, customer service and account management. Based in London, the role offers a full‑time position within a B2B environment where you will develop commercial skills and build client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in prospecting and qualifying French‑speaking leads.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service to existing clients, handling enquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist in managing and growing key accounts under senior guidance.
• Contribute to preparation of sales proposals, presentations and reports.
• Meet individual and team targets while adhering to company processes.

Required profile

• A university degree in any discipline.
• Fluent French (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
• Ambition to learn and develop a career in commercial B2B settings.
