Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant – US Division (10:30‑7pm)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, entry‑level Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing US Division in Bristol. You will work on a 10:30 am – 7 pm schedule, supporting our expansion into the United States market while developing your own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑quality technical candidates for roles in engineering, IT, construction, energy and the public sector.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients across the UK and the US.
• Achieve billings that generate uncapped commission (up to 40% of revenue).
• Collaborate with senior consultants and contribute to team targets.

Required profile

• Motivated, goal‑driven and resilient.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to progress quickly into management or directorship.
• Willingness to work hybrid once autonomous.
