ERP Support – Epicor BisTrack Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established UK business to recruit an ERP Support professional specialising in Epicor BisTrack. The role is hands‑on, ensuring the ERP, reporting and operational data systems run smoothly for daily business operations in Scunthorpe.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing reporting and data extraction systems.
• Write, develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Support and maintain Crystal Reports.
• Administer Epicor BisTrack – manage users, permissions, printers and system configuration.
• Investigate and resolve ERP, reporting and data issues as they arise.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to users, answering queries and troubleshooting.
• Understand operational processes and how they map to system functionality.
• Support upgrades, integrations and small improvement projects.
• Keep system documentation up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve system reliability and usability.

Required profile

• Strong SQL skills, including writing queries and stored procedures.
• Hands‑on experience with Epicor BisTrack ERP (essential).
• Experience working with Crystal Reports.
• Previous experience in ERP or operational system support.
• Logical, hands‑on approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable supporting non‑technical users.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical working style.
