Estate Agent Lister – Residential Property Sales & Listings

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Lister to join a well‑established independent agency in Brighton. The successful candidate will drive residential property sales and listings, helping the business increase market share and enhance its reputation for quality performance. You will work closely with senior management to identify opportunities, negotiate deals and ensure high standards of client service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new listings and manage the full sales cycle for residential properties.
• Maintain accurate property valuations and market analyses to support pricing strategies.
• Coordinate viewings, negotiations and contract completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the agency’s growth strategy by increasing market share and strengthening client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven track record in residential property sales, valuation and listings, preferably at senior negotiator, senior valuer, assistant manager or sales manager level.
• In‑depth knowledge of estate agency processes and the ability to act as a champion for property sales and listings.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and develop a robust pipeline of listings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused approach.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £24,000 plus a £2,500 car allowance or company car, with on‑target earnings of £40,000‑£45,000.
• Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30, alternating Saturdays 9:00‑17:00, 33 days annual leave (increasing with service).
