Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Hailsham

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a well‑established independent agency in Hailsham. You will work from a thriving office pipeline and help grow the business by securing property sales and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Interview prospective buyers, identify their needs and match them with suitable properties.
• Arrange viewings, negotiate offers and ensure the client’s interests remain the priority.
• Coordinate transactions from initial contact through completion, delivering high‑quality customer care.
• Support colleagues and the Branch Manager, maintaining service standards and adhering to industry legislation.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to increasing the agency’s market share.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property sales with strong selling and closing abilities.
• Charismatic, business‑savvy and able to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• Willingness to work every other Saturday as required by the role.

• Basic salary of £25,000 plus a £1,200 car allowance.
• On‑target earnings ranging from £30,000 to £35,000.
