Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator – Residential Sales

About the role

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Fox & Sons residential sales team in Eastleigh. You will deliver exceptional customer service while driving property sales and contributing to the growth of one of the UK’s leading property services businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales terms.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximise appointment scheduling for the branch.

Required profile

• Ideally previous sales experience in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑care focus and resilience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and general IT tools (internet, email).
