Estate Community Manager / Property Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading specialist in commercial property and asset management, is seeking an Estate Community Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of flex spaces in central London. Based in Marylebone, you will act as the primary liaison for occupiers and property managers, ensuring seamless operations and a high‑level customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for occupiers and property managers across multiple buildings.
• Manage daily operations, building performance and compliance with health & safety legislation.
• Lead the occupier journey from onboarding through long‑term tenancy, fostering strong relationships.
• Coordinate with the Regional Manager, support functions and supply chain to maintain high standards.
• Regularly review building performance and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Demonstrated operational leadership in managing day‑to‑day building activities.
• Ability to ensure health & safety compliance and engage proactively with internal teams.
