Europe Travel Consultant – Luxury Travel Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Europe Travel Consultant to join a leading luxury travel specialist in London. The role is hybrid, combining high‑touch client care with a strong commercial focus as you design bespoke journeys across Europe. You will manage a high‑value pipeline from initial enquiry through booking and repeat business, earning an OTE of £60‑100k.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively follow up on new enquiries and convert warm leads into detailed quotes.
• Manage a high‑contact sales pipeline, consistently meeting conversion and revenue targets.
• Speak with clients by phone or video to understand travel preferences and guide them toward premium options.
• Curate bespoke itineraries, pairing standout hotels with authentic, responsible experiences.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including bookings, invoicing and client details.
• Maintain contact with past clients to build loyalty and generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with post‑sales teams to resolve client feedback before, during and after travel.
• Share destination insight with regional and global colleagues and attend annual familiarisation trips.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any industry.
• Extensive personal travel experience across Europe, beyond typical tourist spots.
• Confident phone and video communication skills with a talent for building trust quickly.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality, responsible travel experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system to track client interactions and sales data.
