Europe Travel Designer (Luxury Private Travel)

About the role

We are seeking a Europe Travel Designer to join a luxury private travel company. You will use your passion for Europe and strong interpersonal skills to create bespoke, responsible holidays for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via video call, email and phone to understand their preferences and build lasting relationships.
• Design and curate fully personalised European itineraries that incorporate sustainable travel practices.
• Close sales, manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless delivery.
• Support the marketing team by contributing editorial content and sourcing new travel products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and destination experts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in luxury tailor‑made tour operations.
• Deep personal knowledge of European destinations and a genuine love for travel.
• Commitment to responsible, sustainable tourism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic, open‑minded and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Team‑oriented with a desire to support colleagues and partners.

Required skills

• Strong client‑facing communication.
• Ability to craft detailed travel itineraries.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales pipeline management.
• Problem‑solving and negotiation with suppliers.
