European Sales Executive – French Market

About the role

Glasdon Europe is seeking a proactive European Sales Executive to expand its presence in the French market. Based at the London Exhibition Centre, you will work closely with the Lille and Blackpool offices, combining face‑to‑face engagement with online product demonstrations to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales development across a defined French territory, identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with French customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Generate new business through outbound outreach, inbound enquiries, and existing customer expansion.
• Deliver engaging online product demonstrations and presentations.
• Prepare quotations and respond to enquiries via email, web‑chat, phone and video calls.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to order completion.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth fulfilment.
• Collaborate with Lille and Blackpool offices to support customer engagement.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in direct sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Willingness to travel to France, including visits to the Lille office and customer sites.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
