Event Operations Producer (French Speaking)

About the role

You will own the operational standards for a portfolio of private‑equity conferences across Europe. Based in our London headquarters, you will manage end‑to‑end execution of ten private‑equity events each year, ensuring venues, suppliers, on‑site teams and attendee experience are delivered flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Research, select and negotiate with suppliers for event add‑ons, branding materials and other requirements.
• Maintain supplier relationships, resolve issues and ensure cost‑effective contracts.
• Plan and coordinate sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners and after‑hours activities.
• Work closely with venue staff to manage logistical details and on‑site execution.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses and raise changes proactively.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented operator who thrives under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Motivated to take ownership and deliver tangible results.
