Events Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Events Coordinator to join the opening team at Sun Street Hotel. This role sits within the Sales team and focuses on delivering exceptional guest and member experiences across all hotel events and services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with all departments to understand daily operational requirements and fulfil guest/member requests.
• Partner with teams to deliver service excellence and ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of daily operations, event procedures, and any updates.
• Build relationships with members and guests to anticipate and exceed their expectations.
• Stay informed about One Crown Place and the surrounding neighbourhood.
• Embed operating standards into day‑to‑day service and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Confidence, flair and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to create memorable guest experiences through strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail, prioritisation skills, integrity and a positive demeanour.
