Events Manager – Healthcare Sector

About the role

UBT is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead a high‑impact programme of events across the UK healthcare sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the consultancy’s engagement strategy with senior decision‑makers, industry leaders and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an annual calendar of conferences, exhibitions, roundtables and hosted experiences.
• Identify and evaluate high‑value event opportunities that support business growth and market visibility.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning and delivery, managing venues, suppliers, speakers, exhibitors, budgets, communications and logistics.
• Represent UBT at industry events, building meaningful connections with senior healthcare professionals.
• Forge strong relationships with event organisers, partners, influencers and sector stakeholders.
• Generate qualified business opportunities through event activity and support the wider business‑development strategy.
• Identify speaking opportunities and thought‑leadership content to strengthen market profile.
• Track leads, contacts and outcomes via the CRM system and measure event performance, ROI and engagement.

• Strong relationship‑building and networking skills within the healthcare sector.
