Events Producer (French Speaking)

About the role

You will own the operational standard of every conference we run, managing the end‑to‑end execution of ten European private‑equity conferences each year. The role is based in our London headquarters and requires close collaboration with suppliers, venues and on‑site teams to deliver a seamless attendee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Research, select and negotiate with suppliers for event add‑ons, branding materials and other requirements.
• Maintain supplier relationships and resolve any issues promptly.
• Plan and execute sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners and after‑hours activities.
• Coordinate logistical details with venue staff and manage on‑site teams during conferences.
• Review and manage budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and timely approvals.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of each conference, from venue selection to post‑event debrief.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented operator who thrives under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly motivated, driven and able to work autonomously.
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
