EW / SIGINT / ELINT Instructor

About the role

EWS is seeking a full‑time, on‑site instructor to deliver specialist training in Electronic Warfare (EW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) at our Long Bennington facility. You will shape curriculum, lead classroom sessions and hands‑on exercises, and ensure trainees meet operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training modules, lecture decks and practical exercises for EW, SIGINT and ELINT.
• Deliver instruction through presentations, demonstrations and simulated scenarios.
• Assess and record student performance, providing feedback and remediation as needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging EW, SIGINT and ELINT technologies.
• Tailor training content to specific government or defence operational requirements.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to integrate the latest operational methodologies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of EW, SIGINT and ELINT principles and concepts.
• Proven experience creating and delivering technical training material.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities for diverse defence audiences.
• Familiarity with contemporary defence systems and operational practices.
• Analytical mindset to simplify complex technical topics.
• Background in military service or defence sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to pass a BPSS security check.
