Execution Coordination Senior Associate

About the role

Join the Wholesale Lending Services Middle Office (WLS MO) in Bournemouth as an Execution Coordination Senior Associate. You will support the EMEA WLS Originations team in managing complex syndicated and bilateral loans for the Commercial and Investment Bank and Trade Finance lines of business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Origination Pipeline system, ensuring real‑time recording of transaction details and high data quality throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Extract critical deal information from credit agreements and record it in the firm’s systems of record.
• Liaise with Transaction Coordinators to confirm borrower KYC completion ahead of signing and funding.
• Maintain up‑to‑date process and procedure documentation and manage periodic reviews and uploads.
• Assign, resolve, or redirect queries received via the group mailbox.
• Partner with Operations and global WLS departments to resolve issues, identify alignment opportunities, and recommend process enhancements.
• Build and maintain relationships across WLS teams.
• Lead or contribute to projects and working groups as a subject‑matter expert to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in loan operations or transaction coordination, preferably with syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Familiarity with cross‑border transactions and the ability to work with Deal Teams, Credit Risk, Legal, KYC, Loan and Agency Services, and lenders.
• Strong attention to operational feasibility, control‑focused environment, and accurate documentation.
